BiglyBT is a fully-featured open-source torrent client and remote control app optimized for phone, tablet, Chromebook, and Android TV. It offers swarm merging to improve torrent downloading speed and enable torrent repair without seeds. With v2 Torrent Support, tag organization, sorting and grouping for large lists of torrents, and the ability to select specific files for download prior to starting the torrent, BiglyBT provides a comprehensive torrent management experience. Users can monitor progress, peers, and stats of torrents, subscribe to RSS feeds, find related torrents using Swarm Discoveries, and utilize basic torrent features such as Mainline DHT, Vuze DHT, UPnP, uTP, PEX, UDP Tracker, and Encryption.

BiglyBT allows downloading to SD Card via SAF (Storage Access Framework), remote control of other BiglyBT and Transmission RPC compatible desktop torrent clients, LAN remote access, and customization with dark or light themes. Notably, it is the sole full torrent app for Android TV utilizing the Leanback UI. Developed since 2003 (under Azureus) and GPL licensed, the source code is open for collaboration on GitHub Source Repository.
